By entering NOMINATE YOUR FAVOURITE PLAYGROUND EXPERIENCE TO WIN A DOUBLE MOVIE PASS, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Entry is open to all residents of South Australia
2. Employees and their immediate families of the Hickinbotham Group are not eligible to enter.
3. This competition commences Wednesday 14 December and will conclude on Wednesday 29 February 2012 at 5pm.
4. In order to enter, entrants must register their full name, address, post code and contact number as well as their nomination.
5. Entrants may only enter one entry.
6. Entrants under the age of 18 years must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 years before entering the competition.
7. Prizes: Two (2) adult movie tickets valid for 12 months from date of issue.
8. Total prize value: $36.00
9. If for any reason the winner does not take the prize or any element of the prize at the time stipulated by the promoter, then the prize or that element of the prize will not be redeemable for cash and will be forfeited.
10. The prize is not transferrable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.
11. In the event that the prize item is unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize item of equal or greater value.
12. In participating in this competition, the winners agree to participate and cooperate as required in all editorial activities relating to this promotion, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The winner grants the promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive license to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
13. Each entrant who has entered and registered will be entered into the competition and the entries will be judged by representatives of the Hickinbotham Group with the winner determined based on the most interesting experience.
14. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The winners will be notified by mail and/or phone throughout the promotion.
